This concert will feature concert pianist Dr. Richard Fountain in McDowell's Piano Concerto No. 2 in D Minor." The Plainview Symphony Chorus will join the orchestra in selections by John Rutter. The Christmas season will get a good boost from traditional holiday favorites.

The Symphonic Band returns to honor O. T. Ryan with rousing brass, woodwinds and percussion. Guest conductor Barry Hurt will grace the podium. The band will feature energetic works played by symphony members and some of the area's top high school musicians."
